Introduction
Officio.work comes with Kanban Board style to manage a task. With Kanban Board, it makes the work easier to manage the task. User can drag the task from one status to another.
To access Task board, navigate to Work > Task Board
The default view of the task board is to show all tasks within 1 month.
In order to view task beyond than 1 month, user can click on Filter Result button (right-top area).
Once clicked, the user can change the date range.
Then, the view of the Task Board will be changed based on the updated date.
In the Filter Result option, user also has an option to filer the view based on;
- Project
- Client
- Task Assigned To
- Assign By
- Task Category
- Label
Update A Task
By clicking on any available Task or Card, the user can see the task detail and update the task accordingly.
New Task
By clicking on +Task button, user can start establish new task
Task Column
The default available task column is;
- Incomplete
- Completed
User can add other task column, by clicking on +Add Column button.
User can add other column by add-in new column name and new label color.
Once done, click on Save button.
Then the user can see the newly added column appear.
Change The Column Position
The column in the task board can be changed by clicking on the gear icon
Click Edit to change
User can change the Column Name and update the position based on the priority.
