Finance Module
officio.work have 5 major components in the Finance module
- Estimates
- Invoices
- Recurring Invoices
- Payments
- Expenses
- Credit Note
Estimate
The estimate allows a user to submit an estimate or quotation to the customers.
User can create an estimate, and offico.work will automatically send the estimate to the client email.
In order to proceed with this function, the user is required to add a client first.
Invoice
Invoice function allows a user to submit an invoice to the customers.
The invoice module allows the user to create;
- Single invoice – allow user to create an invoice by selecting a product & service that you have or you can enter any detail, amount and set the currency.
- Recurring Invoice – allow user to create an invoice that can be repeatedly send to the customer by selecting the frequency of invoice.
- Time Log Invoice – allow user to create a billable charge to the customer based on the time-log spend for a particular project
Recurring Invoices
Recurring Invoice function allows a user to submit a recurring invoice to the customers. This works best if a user requires an invoice to be submitted to the customer in frequently basis such as; daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
Payments
The payment module allow user to see any payment record being done. User also can record payment manually.
Expenses
The Expenses module allow user to record any expenses available in their business operation
Recurring Expenses
The Recurring Expenses module allow user to record any expenses that occur in frequently basis.
It is useful when user need to record expenses such as billng or subscription that can happen in daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis.
